CLOVER IS A STRATEGIC CONSULTING FIRM SPECIALIZING IN HEALTH. THE BUSINESS HAS ALLOWED THEM TO GROW IN OTHER DISCIPLINES WITHIN THIS SECTOR. THIS GROWTH HAS CREATED THE NEED TO FORM A HOLDING COMPANY IN WHICH CLOVER WILL BE INTEGRATED.
IN THIS CASE THE EXERCISE WAS THE OTHER WAY AROUND, AS WE HAD TO DESIGN A BRAND ARCHITECTURE FOR THE HOLDING COMPANY AND EACH OF THE SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES BASED ON CLOVER’S IDENTITY.
